Creating Endless Possibilities (CEP) was founded on a simple belief:

After years of serving as a classroom teacher, instructional specialist, school/district test coordinator, and assistant principal, our founder witnessed firsthand that meaningful school improvement doesn't happen because of a single program. It happens when instruction, intervention, leadership, and people work together with purpose.
That's why CEP was created.
We partner with schools to strengthen literacy instruction, build sustainable intervention systems, and develop practical solutions that fit each school's unique students, culture, and goals. Keiara Skipper
After more than 13 years in education, Keiara Skipper founded Creating Endless Possibilities (CEP) with a simple belief: lasting school improvement begins with people.
Throughout her career as a teacher, instructional specialist, school/district test coordinator, and assistant principal, Keiara partnered with educators to strengthen literacy instruction, build intervention systems, and create school cultures where both students and staff could thrive. Every school she has served has experienced meaningful academic growth while also building the systems, routines, and leadership capacity needed to sustain success long after implementation.
As a former school leader, Keiara understands that every campus has its own story, strengths, and challenges. Rather than leading with a one-size-fits-all program, she begins by listening. She believes the strongest partnerships are built by understanding a school's people, culture, and goals before designing solutions.
